Easy Returns & Exchanges
We focus on quality throughout the production process so if you're not satisfied with your Tonic & Cloth merchandise please get in touch as soon as possible, so we can make it right!
- Please get in touch with us within 30 days of purchase.
- The merchandise will need to be in it's original condition, unused, with all labels and tags still attached.
- We'll refund the amount of your purchase (including shipping).
- For NZ orders, we'll get it couriered back to Tonic & Cloth HQ free of charge. (Please email us, and we'll send a courier bag to you)
- International orders will need to pay for return shipping.
- Refunds will be made via the same method you made your payment for the order, once the merchandise has arrived back at Tonic & Cloth.
