We focus on quality throughout the production process. So if you are not satisfied with your online Tonic  & Cloth purchase, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can make it right!

  • Please get in touch with us within 7 days of purchase.
  • We'll refund the amount of your purchase (excluding shipping), or offer an exchange or webstore credit.
  • The merchandise will need to be in it's original condition, unused, with all labels and tags still attached.
  • Refunds will be made via the same method you made your payment for the order, once the merchandise has arrived back at Tonic & Cloth.  
  • You will need to pay for return shipping.
  • For items purchased in person at markets and fairs we will only refund for faulty merchandise. In some circumstances we are happy to discuss store credit. 
  • Custom orders are non refundable, non exchangeable and non returnable.

Delivery time - 2-4 working days

Australia $30NZD - Delivery time - 6 -9 working days

Shipping rates are $50 for the rest of the world, and delivery time will vary.
